• Flutter + Firebase app live on Google Play, built solo through the full Play Console process (production approval, closed testing with 12+ testers, worldwide rollout).
• Built a swipe-feed personalization algorithm and a rule-based body-fit recommendation engine.
• Built a Cloud Function proxy for the virtual try-on model API and evaluated four VTON model/licensing options (CatVTON/Fashn.ai) before choosing one for cost and commercial terms.
